OYAK Cement launched its newly revamped customer portal

The new system enables customers to place orders online through a self-service platform, with the added convenience of making payment transactions via credit card.

OYAK Cement, Türkiye's largest and most environmentally friendly cement brand with a total production of 12.4 million tons of clinker and 22.5 million tons of cement, launched its customer portal renewed in line with unconditional customer satisfaction principle.

OYAK Cement customers using the new portal can easily create orders online and handle payment transactions seamlessly with credit cards. The system also allows for installment payments via credit card, providing OYAK Cement customers with end-to-end order management and various online payment options. The portal facilitates a range of activities, including checking order information and status, accessing shipment reports and statements, reviewing OYAK Cement product analysis reports, and managing complaints and requests. Additionally, customers can conveniently access the portal through OYAK Cement's customer communication platform, the İ-deal mobile app.
