OYAK, Türkiye's largest supplementary occupational pension fund, combined its 65 years of experience and future vision with the unifying power of sport. The "OYAK 65th Anniversary Run," held for the first time on Istanbul's Dragos coastal line, brought together professional athletes, running enthusiasts, and OYAK members in a shared celebration. Approximately 2000 participants, including OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş, ran shoulder to shoulder success in the race.

OYAK's 66th General Assembly Held

At OYAK's 66th General Assembly, financial results, interest rate, foreign trade, equity, profitability, member savings, stock market performance of OYAK companies, and the new activity report were announced. The OYAK 2030 vision roadmap was also presented at the general assembly.

OYAK, company secure strategic foreign investment in Samaş and Tekatron

OYAK Turkoman Yatırım A.Ş. (TOI), established through a partnership between OYAK and the Oman Investment Authority (OIA), has signed a share purchase, capital participation, and shareholder agreement with Samaş, a sodium bentonite operator and OYAK subsidiary. TOI also signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Tekatron, a manufacturer of unmanned ground vehicles, for the purpose of "share acquisition."

OYAK Management Holds Meetings in London

OYAK CEO Murat Yalçıntaş shared his insights on Türkiye’s complementary pension system at the "2026 Outlook on Private Capital in Türkiye and Environs London" event. Organized by Globalturk Capital in London, the event was held in strategic partnership with the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye and the Global Private Capital Association.

First International Fishing License in Somalia Granted to a Turkish Vessel

With the support of SOMTURK, established through a partnership between OYAK and the Somali Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy, the first international fishing license in Somali territorial waters was issued for the vessel “Ergun Reis A”.
