Quality Policy

In accordance with its mission and vision, OYAK set its quality policy within the framework of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and ISO 20000-1 Information Technologies Service Management System standards. In this context OYAK undertakes;

  • Continuing as an organization that carefully maintains and improves “Member Oriented High-Quality Service”, “Personal Equality” and “Actuarial Balance” principles and that structures all the activities based on sustainability, trust and quality,
  • Providing the assistance and services it offers in an effective, efficient, complete and uninterrupted manner in compliance with the legislation,
  • Evaluating assistance and services to increase member satisfaction; improving and developing them to meet the needs and expectations of its members,
  • Continuously improving the services provided to the members and the infrastructure of the information systems connected to these services, taking into account the information security requirements, 
  •  Increasing the awareness of all employees within the framework of quality systems, thus ensuring that all the employees contribute to the principle of continuous improvement.
