Members of the Karadeniz Ereğli Chamber of Commerce and Industry paid a visit to Erdemir, Türkiye's largest flat steel producer, where they were briefed on the production processes.
A field trip to the Erdemir facilities was arranged for members of the Sheet Metal and Metal Profession Group of the Karadeniz Ereğli Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Approximately 80 members participated in the event held on February 28-29 and March 6-8.
During the field visit following the presentation on occupational safety, members had the opportunity to gain detailed insights into all stages of steel production, from raw materials to the final product, as well as learning about the range of products and their applications. The program concluded with lunch at Erdemir's Göztepe facilities, with participants expressing their satisfaction with the visit.
