An Industry First: Lactose-Free Milk and Hot Gluten-Free Sandwiches
Closely following evolving consumer expectations, Bi’Güzel has added a lactose-free milk option to its product range to make the coffee experience more inclusive. This practice, a first in Türkiye’s fuel retail sector, has been implemented in collaboration with İçim Milk and will initially be available at 19 TotalEnergies Stations locations.
For guests with gluten sensitivity or those who prefer a gluten-free diet as part of a healthy lifestyle, Bi’Güzel is also introducing hot gluten-free sandwiches—another first in the sector.
