Making a great contribution to the agricultural industry in Türkiye, HEKTAŞ announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2022. In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), HEKTAŞ stated that its sales revenues reached TL 1 billion 530 million in the third quarter of 2022, growing by 190.9 percent compared to the same quarter of 2021, and its gross profit reached TL 650.2 million.
HEKTAŞ General Manager Zafer Terzioğlu stated that OYAK General Manager Süleyman Savaş Erdem enabled important steps to be taken both for Türkiye and for OYAK in the strategically important areas of food, agriculture and animal husbandry, and that financial indicators continued to grow without slowing down in this quarter, as in the last six years. In addition, he stated that the full participation of the investors in the paid capital increase is an indicator of the trust placed in HEKTAŞ.
According to the statement made by HEKTAŞ to KAP, the gross profit margin improved by 4.5 points compared to the same quarter of the previous year and increased by 42.5 percent. The operating profit of the company increased by 213.4 percent compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and reached TL 490.2 million, while its EBITDA increased by 1.42 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and became 34 percent. After the third quarter profit, HEKTAŞ's net profit for the January-September period increased by 234.81 percent and reached TL 615.9 million.
