MAİS A.Ş. has brought Türkiye to the top in the 2025 “Quality Health Check” (QHC) audit.
The 2025 quality audit conducted by Renault France for the Renault and Dacia brands has been successfully completed. As a result of the comprehensive evaluation—covering critical areas such as quality management, customer satisfaction processes, contact center operations, technical services, warranty management, field animations, training activities, and compliance with authorized dealer standards—Türkiye achieved an overall score of 4.7, ranking first for the second consecutive year.
Türkiye also demonstrated outstanding performance by receiving full marks (5.0) in the categories of authorized dealer training, authorized dealer certification, and technical services, becoming the top-performing country in these areas.
These results stand as an international affirmation of MAİS A.Ş.’s strategic commitment to customer satisfaction, its operational excellence approach, and the strong collaboration maintained with its dealer network.
