Erdemir to recruit hourly paid workers

Erdemir, which has been contributing to the development of the country and Karadeniz Ereğli for 60 years as Türkiye's first and largest integrated flat steel producer, will conduct mass recruitment in 2025 to fill hourly paid positions in line with its needs. Candidates will be able to make their applications at the Erdemir Sports Hall every weekday for two weeks starting on Monday, January 6.

Erdemir, one of Türkiye's leading steel producers, will continue its mass recruitment for hourly paid positions in 2025. The application process for hourly paid worker recruitment at Erdemir starts on Monday, January 6. Applications can be submitted at the Erdemir Sports Hall between 08:00 and 16:00 on weekdays, from January 6 to January 17.

Candidates applying for hourly paid positions must have graduated from the construction machinery and automotive electromechanics departments of the electrical/electronics, industrial automation, machinery technology, metal technology, metallurgical technology and motor vehicles technology fields of vocational high schools and/or the construction machinery departments of the electrical-electronics/energy, industrial automation, machinery technology, metal technology, metallurgical technology and motor vehicles technology fields of vocational colleges.

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 30 (born on or after 07.01.1994, and on or before 05.01.2007) as of the application date. Additionally, candidates should preferably have completed their military service, be suitable for work in very hazardous job classes as determined by health examinations, and have no physical or mental conditions that could impede their duties. Pursuant to Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, health examinations will be conducted by Erdemir's workplace physicians, who will make the final decisions regarding suitability.

In addition to applications submitted in person by candidates with their identity documents, applications made by first-degree relatives, including mother, father, spouse, or siblings, with a copy of the candidate's identity register will also be accepted. The application process will also be available online via a link provided to candidates during their physical application. Recruitment will be based on need and determined by the success of candidates in the exams and evaluations conducted as part of the selection process.
