Erdemir and İsdemir, members of OYAK Mining Metallurgy Companies, organized breakfast and meeting events in celebration of “Women's Day”. Author and Trainer Hülya Mutlu convened with female employees during the events held between March 1 and 5.
Supporting the advancement of women in their careers by fostering their potential in the business realm, Erdemir and İsdemir arranged a series of events to commemorate “Women's Day”. The events included breakfast and meeting gatherings across three different locations, providing female employees with a special and enjoyable day. Following the first one on March 1 at the İsdemir Headquarters Conference Hall, the second event took place in Istanbul on March 4, with the final event in Ereğli on March 5.
Author and Trainer Hülya Mutlu convened
with female employees during these events, which commenced with a breakfast
gathering. In her address, Mutlu touched upon topics such as leading a
fulfilling life, personal development and motivation, self-awareness, and
self-efficacy, all of which were received with great interest. More than 700
women employees of OYAK Mining Metallurgy participated in the “Women's Day”
events held from March 1 to 5, 2024.
