At Erdemir, Türkiye's first and largest flat steel producer, the 30th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed in Ankara on February 12, 2025.
The 30th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, which started on September 24, 2024, between the Turkish Metal Industrialists' Union (MESS) and the Turkish Metal Union on behalf of Erdemir, concluded with an agreement. Erdemir's 30th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement was concluded during the session held in Ankara on February 12, 2025.
Having concluded the 29th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement with a settlement, Erdemir continues to ensure labor peace by signing another agreement that protects and improves the rights of its employees. Preparing to celebrate its 60th year of operation this year and advancing into the future with strong steps, Erdemir will continue to produce value for its country with the strength it receives from its employees.
