Do not share your password in oral or written form during the interviews with the Member Representative of the Member Communication Centre.
To make calls from other people's phones or from publicly available phones, dial the number yourself. Make sure you dial the number correctly.
During the phone calls, make sure that you are not being followed and listened by suspicious persons that can be around you.
