Renault is preparing to offer the first of its models to be manufactured in Türkiye as part of the "International Game Plan 2027". Offering a powerful stance with its unique front design and front grille bearing the Renault signature, the New Renault Duster is hitting the roads with two- or four-wheel drive versions that meet different requirements. The New Renault Duster will meet its users with 4X4, E-Tech Full Hybrid, and ECO-G engine options.
Renault Duster offers users a variety of engine and gearbox combinations, including ultra-efficient Renault E-Tech full hybrid technology that produces 145 hp. Thus, Renault Duster will actively contribute to Renault's goal of having one-third of its sales in Türkiye be electric and electrically assisted models by 2027.
Dr. Berk Çağdaş, General Manager of MAİS A.Ş. said, "We have named Renault Duster as ‘Türkiye's Duster’. The New Renault Duster, which will be produced in Türkiye as the first and most crucial step of the 400 million Euro investment to be made in the country through the partnership between OYAK and Renault, undoubtedly deserves this title. The New Renault Duster, Türkiye's Duster, is now hitting the roads in the most beautiful places around the country. We offer the New Renault Duster to our users wishing to experience harsh road conditions with the 4X4 version as adventurers, reaching the most efficient use in the city by opting for the E-Tech Full Hybrid version, and taking budget-friendly journeys owing to the ECO-G version.”
Pureblood athletic SUV design
The new Renault Duster reveals a strong identity that is robust and reassuring, with well-designed body proportions and natural, scratch-resistant, self-colored, largely recycled materials that wrap around the body like a protective belt. The 17-inch or diamond-cut aluminum 18-inch wheel options support this powerful look. In addition, the front door accessories with the Duster logo and the grey mirror caps, compatible with the front and rear bumper lower protection coverings, underline the attention to detail.
The 4x4 version, with an increased ground clearance and the 4x4 logo, is equipped with a special front bumper to offer an improved approach angle. All versions have Renault logos placed without drawing attention to the headlights, while a specially designed strip connects the lighting groups at the rear. Besides, the new Renault Duster is equipped with modular roof bars with a maximum capacity of 80 kg, designed for both longitudinal and transverse use.
All models offer significant sound insulation thanks to fender hood coatings and a windscreen with advanced acoustic insulation features other than foam fillings between the front corners and the body frame.
Prioritized in-Vehicle Comfort
A modern dashboard with Titanium Grey accents in the interior of the new Renault Duster combines exclusive details such as robust materials, quality graphic interfaces, special seat upholstery with grey accents, and the Renault logo integrated into the upper part of the seatback to form a unique whole.
The new YouClip versatile attachment system, which consists of six connection points in various parts of the cabin (dashboard, center console, boot), is one of the most practical features of the New Renault Duster's interior. YouClip allows users to attach and secure accessories specially designed by Renault, such as a 3-in-1 accessory that brings a tablet holder, smartphone holder, cup holder, hook, and light together.
Cutting-Edge Manufacturing with CMF-B Platform
Produced with the CMF-B platform also used for Clio, Captur, and Arkana models, the New Renault Duster is a new-generation model featuring high-tech infotainment equipment. The CMF-B platform brings different engine types, including full hybrid petrol, 48V mild-hybrid, and LPG, with multiple power solutions.
The New Renault Duster, a compact vehicle suitable for daily short and long-distance travels with a length of 4.34 meters, a trunk volume of up to 520 liters, and a passenger compartment storage space of approximately 29 liters, offers features that meet all needs.
Multiple-Engine Options That Respond to Any Need
The New Renault Duster has three engine options, including the ultra-efficient E-TECH full hybrid. The model, which has an average fuel consumption of 5 lt/100 km and 114 g/km CO2 emissions with its advanced full hybrid engine option that produces 145 hp, saves fuel up to 40% compared to an internal combustion vehicle. Besides running in electric mode for up to 80% of the travel time in urban mobility, it can also make the first movement in the same mode.
The New Renault Duster is concurrently offered with an advanced 1.2-liter mild-hybrid 130-hp engine option paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 4X4 powertrain. The 3-cylinder turbo gasoline engine was powered by a 48V battery with a capacity of 0.8 kWh to provide approximately 10% fuel savings and additional torque for a smoother ride. This version's average consumption and CO2 emissions are 6 lt/100 km and 136 g/km, respectively.
An Adventure-Ready Model with 4X4 Features
The New Renault Duster has five off-road modes dealing with different and challenging driving conditions: Auto, ECO, Off-Road, Mud & Sand, and Snow. The advanced screen featured in the 4X4 version conveys all the necessary information to the driver in harsh conditions while providing direct access to the 360-degree camera. The hill descent control, which works in each gear and can be adjusted up to 30 km/h, provides a more effective grip for the 4X4. Apart from that, the New Renault Duster 4X4 has a multi-link rear suspension for improved dynamic performance.
Cutting-Edge Systems for Safe Driving
The new Renault Duster has up to 17 next-generation driver assistance systems that maximize driving safety. Lane-keeping assistant, lane departure warning, overspeed warning, and automatic high/low beam are just a few features that support daily driving to improve comfort and safety. The automatic emergency braking system and the “e-call” Emergency Call system provide support in emergency cases.
