OYAK YATIRIM Menkul Değerler A.Ş. made a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) and reported that its shareholders' equity exceeded TL 3.1 billion in the first nine months of 2023. During this period, OYAK Securities' net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent increased threefold compared to the same period in 2022, reaching TL 1.25 billion. Additionally, net commission income increased 2.4 times to TL 966 million, and total revenues increased 3.2 times to TL 2.3 billion.
OYAK Securities maintained its rapid growth momentum in the third quarter of this year, and its growing number of customers, product and service channel diversity, and subsidiaries play a significant role in its success.
In addition to the successful financial results achieved by its subsidiaries, OYAK Group Insurance in the third quarter of the year, OYAK Portfolio, which increased its profitability 5.2 times compared to the same period last year, positively contributed to OYAK Securities' third-quarter results.
