In accordance with the resolution taken at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş., OYAK Denizli Çimento Anonim Şirketi, along with all its assets and liabilities, has merged with OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. Consequently, OYAK Çimento has consolidated all its factories under a single legal entity. As a result of the merger, the shareholders' equity of OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. has increased to TL 1,246,578,406.
OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. and OYAK Denizli Çimento A.Ş. have merged under the umbrella of OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş.
On May 14, 2020, OYAK Çimento merged its publicly traded companies under the umbrella of OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. and further merged with OYAK Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. on December 31, 2020. As of December 28, 2023, the company merged with OYAK Denizli Çimento A.Ş., consolidating all cement and concrete operations under a single entity.
Unlike the merger of publicly traded companies in May 2020, this transaction was realized through the merger of a publicly traded company with a company that does not have publicly traded shares. Following the merger, OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş.'s shareholders' equity increased by TL 86,784,965, rising from TL 1,159,793,441 to TL 1,246,578,406.
