The A.C.E. Awards (Achievement in Customer Excellence), organized since 2015 by Şikayetvar—the leading platform measuring customer satisfaction in Türkiye—was held for the eleventh time this year. At the award ceremony, MAİS was honored with the top “Diamond” award in the “Automotive A” category with Renault and in the “Automotive B” category with Dacia.

Since 2018, Renault has received a total of eight awards at the A.C.E. Awards—one Silver, one Gold, and six Diamond—earning recognition every year. Dacia, which has participated since 2019, has received a total of seven Diamond awards, consistently securing first place in the Automotive B category and demonstrating excellence in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
With its most recent award in the 2025 evaluations, MAİS has once again proven its expertise in customer experience and its ability to deliver high customer satisfaction, earning the Diamond award for the third consecutive year with both brands.
In the A.C.E. Awards evaluation process, rankings are determined based on the “Customer Experience Index” score, calculated according to brands’ satisfaction, loyalty, and complaint rates. As a result of these calculations, Renault and Dacia have once again achieved a new milestone by being recognized as the brands with the highest customer satisfaction levels in their respective categories and within the automotive sector.
