Levent ÖNCEL has been appointed as the General Manager of KÜMAŞ Magnesite, the largest mining operator of Türkiye's qualified magnesite ore sector and the market leader of the refractory sector in its own product group.
After graduating from the Chemical Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University in 1988, Öncel completed his master's degree in the Geological Engineering Department of the Mersin University.
Having 32 years of experience in business life, Öncel had been working as a senior manager at OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. since 2017. Öncel assumed the position of General Manager of KÜMAŞ as of November 24, 2022
