OYAK Management Met with the Members of the 65th General Assembly: “Transparency and Sustainability Are Our Core Principles”

Turkish Armed Forces Assistance and Pension Fund (OYAK) convened with its members in an informational meeting following the 65th General Assembly held in May 2025. Hosted by OYAK’s Board Chairman Zekai Aksakallı and OYAK’s General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş, the meeting covered the institution’s operations, the financial performance of affiliated companies, and plans for the upcoming period.

During the meeting, members were briefed on the work carried out for them. The participants expressed their satisfaction with the new management’s commitment to open communication, thanking them for their efforts toward transparent and fair governance. Emphasizing the importance of inclusive governance, members conveyed their best wishes for the performance of the board. Financial data was also shared, and the general economic outlook of OYAK and its affiliated companies was assessed. Current performances in the sectors in which OYAK operates were shared with members. Sustainable growth and profitability targets were underscored.

In his address to the members, OYAK Board Chairman Zekai Aksakallı drew attention to the management principles they adopt. Aksakallı stated that they embrace a governance approach built on justice, prudence, courage, and resolve, with transparency, accountability, and a profitability‑based orientation.

OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş said: “We are taking steps that prioritize the welfare of our members. In accordance with our principles of transparency, accountability, justice, and merit, we are creating a more visible, more accessible governance model in every field. We will continue to grow our institution in the same principled way in the coming period.”

The institution’s management reiterated its determination to maintain transparent communication with both members and the public in the upcoming term.

UzOman Becomes a Partner of Hektaş in Uzbekistan
