In 2013, Chemson, a market leader in the production of polymer additives used in the manufacturing of similar PVC-based products, also became part of the OYAK Chemical Companies.

Within the OYAK Group, AC Global is the largest global producer and market leader in stabilizers and other additives, which are essential inputs in the PVC industry.
The additives produced by AC Global are used in the manufacturing of final products across a wide range of industrial sectors, including construction, infrastructure, electrical-electronics, and automotive.

Almatis was founded in the Netherlands to supply high-quality raw materials to the refractory and chemical industries. Following a share purchase agreement signed in 2015, all shares of Almatis were acquired by OYAK Global Investments BV, and Almatis, along with its subsidiaries, became part of the OYAK Group Companies.
Almatis processes aluminum oxide (alumina), the raw material derived from aluminum, to produce and market specialty alumina.
With more than 100 years of history and eight production facilities across three continents, Almatis sells to 62 countries and holds a leading position in the global market. Specialty alumina is a critical input in many industries, including refractories, ceramics, polishing, glass, thermal interface materials, fabricated cast products, catalyst carriers, construction chemicals, electronic manufacturing fillers, high-voltage insulators, and mechanical wear components.

Türkiye’s Market Leader in the Refractory Industry – Kümaş
Kümaş Manyezit, the world’s largest operator in the field of high-grade magnesite ore and Türkiye’s market leader in the refractory sector, joined the OYAK Group Companies on February 3, 2021.
Kümaş is Türkiye’s largest and leading vertically integrated refractory producer, managing the entire value chain—from raw material supply to the sales process—in-house.
