OYAK Chairman of the Board Zekai Aksakallı and OYAK General Manager Prof. Dr. Murat Yalçıntaş met with the leaders of associations and foundations whose members are largely composed of retired officers and non-commissioned officers of the Turkish Armed Forces. The meeting served as a productive platform where OYAK’s current activities and future plans were shared, and mutual views and suggestions were exchanged.

Brigadier General Kemal Korkmaz, General Manager of the Turkish Armed Forces Education Foundation; Ret. Brigadier General Oktay Ağbuğa, General Manager of the Turkish Armed Forces Solidarity Foundation; Ret. Colonel Levent Mertkul, Procurement Director of the Mehmetçik Foundation; Ret. Colonel Mehmet Tezcan, Secretary General of the TSK Elele Foundation; Ret. Colonel Mehmet Boyraz, General Manager of the Gendarmerie Public Order Foundation; Ret. Lieutenant Colonel Ufuk Soyluoğlu, General Manager of JAVDES Inc.; Ret. Senior Master Sergeant Beyazıt Yumuk, President of the Turkish Combat Veterans Association; Ret. NCO Mustafa Işık, President of the Turkish Disabled Veterans, Martyrs’ Widows and Orphans Association; Ret. Senior Master Sergeant Cahit Koca, President of the Turkish Retired Non-Commissioned Officers Association (TEMAD); Ali Tilkici, President of the Turkish Retired Specialist Sergeants Association; and Şeref Çayırtepe, President of the Retired Gendarmerie Specialists Association.
During the meeting, comprehensive presentations were delivered on social services, legal assistance, the profit distribution (nema) calculation method, and the activities of OYAK Group Companies. The association and foundation representatives expressed their satisfaction with the briefings, highlighting the importance of maintaining transparency, accountability, and direct communication. They also conveyed the requests, suggestions, and feedback of members, affirming their readiness to contribute to further enhancing OYAK’s service quality.
