OYAK Denizcilik ve Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. (OYAK Liman) develops and operates ports, piers, cargo handling facilities, bonded warehouses, and cold storage facilities. Managing the operations of the Erdemir and İsdemir port facilities, OYAK Liman has an annual cargo handling capacity of 44 million metric tonnes. In 2025, OYAK Liman handled a total of 21.72 million metric tonnes of cargo across its existing port facilities, achieving a 9.6% market share in Türkiye’s General Cargo and Dry Bulk Cargo segment.
During the same year, OYAK Liman also provided shipping agency services to 1,362 vessels.

A strategic investment supporting Türkiye’s automotive industry, Port Yarımca commenced operations in March 2021 with the handling of its first imported vehicles. In 2025, the terminal handled 428,119 vehicles, achieving a 20% market share among the major ports within its hinterland.
Advanced Technology: The Offshore "Floating Port"
İskolden Taşımacılık ve Ticaret A.Ş. (İskolden) is a massive logistics platform that integrates the global operational depth of Germany-based Oldendorff—one of the longest-standing and largest players in the international maritime industry—with the regional strategic power and investment vision of OYAK.
Reaching an annual discharge volume of 3.5 million metric tons of coal across approximately 22 mega-vessels in its current operational cycle, İskolden executes the discharging of 458 mammoth "capesize" vessels, averaging 160,000 metric tons each, based on a "zero error" principle. In doing so, the company secures the coal supply chain for the İSKEN Sugözü Power Plant, which meets a significant portion—approximately 3%—of Türkiye’s energy demands.
