GüzelEnerji

GüzelEnerji, one of the leading companies in the fuel and lubricants sector, has been operating under OYAK since March 2020.

GüzelEnerji has a strong energy brand portfolio in the fuel distribution and lubricants sector with brands such as TotalEnergies Stations, M Oil, Valvoline, and Türk Petrol. GüzelEnerji is Turkey's fourth largest fuel distribution company, with over 1,050 fuel service stations.

TotalEnergies Stations, operating in Turkey since 1992, have continued their fuel distribution activities under the brand licensing partnership model with Güzel Enerji Akaryakıt A.Ş. since 2020. Currently, there are over 770 TotalEnergies Stations throughout Turkey.

M Oil continues its operations in fuel distribution and lubricant since 1996. M Oil, which currently operates 280 fuel service stations, continues to produce high-quality lubricants at its modern production facility in the Izmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone while expanding its distribution network in domestic and international markets.

Türk Petrol was initially established in 1931 under Türkiye Neft Sanayii A.Ş. trade name to operate in fuel and chemical industries, and in 1936 it continued its operations under name Türk Petrol , Turkey's first privately-owned petroleum products brand. Türk Petrol has been operating under the structure of GüzelEnerji Akaryakıt A.Ş. since 2020.

Valvoline has been a global leader in automotive and industrial solutions since 1866, developing innovative products and services. Valvoline, positioned as the world's first branded motor oil, now offers comprehensive solutions for every engine and engine part, including conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles, in more than 140 countries.

Valvoline operates within Aramco, one of the world's largest integrated energy and chemical companies. Valvoline started its existence in Turkish market in May 2023 empowered with a licensing, production, distribution, and marketing partnership with Güzel Enerji.

Milangaz

Likitgaz, a leading player in the LPG trading and retail sector since 1960, has been operating under OYAK since 2020.

Milangaz currently provides end-to-end service across all LPG segments to residential areas, industrial, and commercial businesses in over 950 districts across Turkey's 81 cities. Milangaz continues its operations through more than 1,000 cylinder gas dealers and retail sales points and over 1,000 autogas retail points.

İSKEN

İSKEN is an energy company within OYAK Energy Companies group, operating in the Sugözü area of Yumurtalık district in Adana province, and owning one of Turkey's largest power plants. Established in 2003, İSKEN is Turkey's first thermal power plant based on imported coals, with a net installed capacity of 1,341 MWm / 1,308 MW, meeting approximately 3% of Turkey's total electricity consumption and making a significant contribution to the country's energy supply.

Operating with advanced production infrastructure and high operational efficiency, İSKEN has transitioned to 100% OYAK ownership as of 2025. As one of OYAK Energy Companies' strategic assets in the field of electricity generation, the company continues its operations with the goal of creating long-term value.

OYPOWER

OYAK Energy Companies are also active in the wholesale and retail electricity markets. OYPOWER operates within this scope, provides its customers with electricity supply and related electricity market services.

OYPOWER obtained its supply license from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority on November 11, 2009, to trade in electricity and capacity. OYPOWER operates under 100% OYAK ownership.

Otojet

Otojet, operating under the structure of OYAK Energy Companies, is among the first 10 companies to obtain the Charging Network Operator License issued by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority as an electric vehicle charging network operator.

Established in 2022, Otojet is one of the pioneering brands offering innovative charging solutions for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Otojet operates the installation and operation of charging stations nationwide; in line with its growth strategy. Otojet charging units can easily be found in TotalEnergies service stations, automotive sales and service points, in shopping malls, municipalities, universities, hotels, and residential projects.

OYEN

OYEN, which commenced operations in January 2023, provides consulting, development, and implementation services to OYAK companies in renewable energy projects, primarily solar energy.

OYAK companies aim to commission 2,100 MWp capacity solar power plant projects developed under licensed and unlicensed projects in phases by 2026.

OYAKPV

OYAKPV, established in October 2023, aims to meet the panel needs of solar power plants for OYAK Companies' internal consumption and investment. OYAKPV, has potential to become one of Turkey's leading panel manufacturers in the domestic and international solar energy markets.

The company's facility in the Akyurt district of Ankara, covering a total area of 51,000 m² 29,000 m² of which is enclosed, is equipped with the latest technological production. OYAKPV continues to manufacture solar panels using a fully automated system in line with cost optimization and high quality standards.
