In 2024, OYAK Renault Factories maintained their leadership in Türkiye’s automotive industry by accounting for 34% of the country’s total passenger car production. MAİS, representing the Renault, Dacia, and Alpine brands, reached a total sales volume of 167,262 passenger and light commercial vehicles, securing a 13.5% market share and ranking second in the overall automotive market. The Renault brand alone achieved 117,919 unit sales, corresponding to a 12.0% market share, and ended the year as the best-selling brand in the passenger car segment.

Continuing to increase its share in the Turkish automotive sector each year, OYAK’s Automotive Division maintains its leading position in both vehicle production and exports. ORFİN Finansman A.Ş. offers standard auto loans for new and used vehicles to both individual and corporate customers within the Renault and Dacia dealership network. ORF, operating under the Renault Filo Kiralama brand, facilitates vehicle leasing services for corporate clients.

Established in July 2023 as a joint venture between Renault Group and OYAK, OYAK HORSE Makine Ekipmanları Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (OYAK HORSE) continues the production of engines and powertrain systems at the Oyak Renault factory in Bursa. The company operates as both a manufacturing and R&D center, focusing on high-pressure aluminum injection, engine production, and gearbox manufacturing.

Omsan Logistics, one of OYAK’s pioneering and innovative companies in the logistics sector, provides comprehensive logistics services to leading firms in various industries, primarily automotive, iron and steel, cement-construction, fuel, and chemicals. These services include domestic and international road, sea, air, and rail transportation; warehousing; distribution; bonded warehouse management; project logistics; finished vehicle logistics; hazardous materials transportation; residential and office relocation; customs clearance; and insurance services.

Port Operations

OYAK Denizcilik ve Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. (OYAK Port) is responsible for establishing and operating ports, piers, loading and unloading facilities, bonded warehouses, and cold storage units. Managing the operations of the Erdemir and İsdemir port facilities, OYAK Port has an annual operational capacity of 44 million metric tons. In 2024, OYAK Port handled a total of 22.5 million metric tons of cargo through its existing port facilities and achieved a 10.5% market share nationwide in the “General Cargo and Dry Bulk” category.

In 2023, OYAK Port provided transit agency services to 298 vessels in the Istanbul and Çanakkale Straits, recording an 8% increase in this area compared to the previous year.

OYAK’s Automotive-Focused Ro-Ro Port

A strategically important investment for Türkiye’s automotive industry, Port Yarımca began offering services in April 2021 with the discharge of its first imported vehicles. In 2024, it handled 406,983 vehicles and achieved a 22.7% market share among the major competing ports within its hinterland.
