In 2023, MAİS reached total sales of 176,984 units, including 158,830 passenger cars and 18,154 light commercial vehicles, capturing a 14.4% market share. With sales of 135,645 passenger cars and light commercial vehicles under the Renault brand, MAİS ranked 2nd in the automotive market with an 11% share.
OYAK Automotive Sector, which consistently increases its share in the Turkish automotive sector each year, ranks first in automobile production and exports.
ORFİN Finansman A.Ş. offers new and used standard vehicle loans to individual and corporate customers of the Renault and Dacia network.

OYAK HORSE Makine Ekipmanları Ticaret ve San. A.Ş. (OYAK HORSE) was launched in July 2023 in partnership with Renault Group and OYAK, and continues production at Oyak Renault’s Bıursa plant as “OYAK HORSE” in the engine and power transmission systems facility under Oyak Renault. The company operates in high-pressure aluminum injection, engine and gearbox production, and has an R&D center.

Operating as one of OYAK's leading and innovative companies in the logistics sector, Omsan Logistics provides services to leading companies in many sectors, especially in the automotive, iron and steel, cement-construction, fuel, and chemical industries. These services include domestic and international road, maritime, air, and rail transportation, storage, distribution, warehouse management, project logistics, finished vehicle logistics, hazardous material transportation, home and office logistics, customs clearance, and insurance services.
Port management activities
OYAK Denizcilik ve Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. (OYAK Port) is engaged in the establishment and operation of ports, piers, loading and unloading facilities, warehouses, and cold storage facilities. OYAK Port manages the operation processes of Erdemir and İsdemir port facilities and has an annual operation capacity of 44 million metric tons. In 2023, OYAK Port handled a total of 19.7 million metric tons of cargo with its existing port facilities, achieving a 9.5% market share in Türkiye in the “General Cargo and Solid Bulk Cargo” segment.
In 2023, OYAK Port provided transit agency services to 298 vessels in the Istanbul and Çanakkale Straits, recording an 8% increase in operations compared to the previous year.
OYAK's automotive-oriented Ro-Ro Port
Port Yarımca, a key investment project for Türkiye's automotive industry, started providing services in April 2021 with the first imported vehicle unloading. In 2023, 396,448 vehicles were handled. Port Yarımca has reached a 20% market share among the main competitor ports in its hinterland.
