OYAK Chairman of the Board of Directors Zekai Aksakallı hosted Roketsan Chairman of the Board of Directors Prof. Dr. Faruk Yiğit and Roketsan General Manager Murat İkinci.
As part of the visit, OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş and Roketsan General Manager Murat İkinci also met for further discussions.
During the meeting held at OYAK Headquarters, views were exchanged on the future of the defense industry and the opportunities ahead for both companies.

OYAK Chairman of the Board of Directors Zekai Aksakallı met with the members of the Board of Directors, senior management and directors of Erdemir, and later conducted an on-site inspection of the Erdemir facilities, visiting the Erdemir Port, coke plants, Blast Furnace No. 2, and Hot Strip Mill No. 2.

OYAK acquired full ownership of İSKEN Enerji by purchasing 51 % of the shares from Germany-based Steag Power GmbH, bringing the electricity generation share of İSKEN Enerji (which produces about 3 % of Türkiye’s total electricity) entirely under OYAK’s control.
