OMSAN Logistics and ARCA Defense collaborate on maritime transportation

OMSAN Logistics has undertaken ARCA Defense's national and international maritime transportation and port operations under a cooperation protocol signed with ARCA Defense Industry Inc.
A "Logistics Services Cooperation Protocol" covering maritime transportation and port operations was signed between OMSAN Logistics Inc., an OYAK company, and ARCA Defense Industry Inc.
The signing ceremony took place at SAHA EXPO 2026. OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş and OYAK Chairman of the Board Zekai Aksakallı also attended the ceremony.
The protocol was signed by Ergun Arıburnu, Chairman of the Board of OMSAN Logistics, and İlknur Dutak Pamir, General Manager of ARCA Defense.
Under the protocol, OMSAN Logistics will organize all national and international maritime transportation, ship chartering, and port operations required for ARCA Defense's activities.
It was stated that the services will be carried out in accordance with defense industry standards, prioritized, and with a high level of safety.
