Under the leadership of OYAK Board Chairman Zekai Aksakallı and OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş, the “OYAK Vision 2030” meeting was convened, during which the objectives and strategies for the upcoming period across the institution were shared with senior executives from OYAK’s affiliated companies.
At the meeting, emphasis was placed on accelerating sustainable growth–oriented steps by the companies and on the goal of creating long‑term value for stakeholders.
In the “OYAK Vision 2030” meeting, in addition to aligning institutional goals and strategies with those of the companies, attention was drawn to the importance of establishing a structure based on resilience, innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
With a focus on value creation, digital transformation and efficiency‑enhancing practices were among the main agenda items of the meeting.
The meeting was an important step for OYAK in adopting a roadmap aligned with its short‑, medium‑, and long‑term goals, reinforcing organizational coherence, and demonstrating the group’s commitment to future growth.
In his address, OYAK Board Chairman Zekai Aksakallı drew attention to the management principles they embrace. He stated that being a good leader is possible with the principles of justice, prudence, courage, and resolve, and that within this framework they adopt an approach grounded in transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş, in his remarks, said that increasing synergy between the institution and its sectoral companies will strengthen OYAK’s future growth. He also stated that they will continue to operate with a fair, transparent, participatory, and accountable management approach without compromising corporate values.
