Dear Valued Members of the Armed Forces Pension Fund (OYAK),

As of 17 July 2025, I have assumed my duties as General Manager of OYAK. I undertake this important responsibility with a strong sense of commitment and accountability toward you, our valued members. Serving under the OYAK umbrella, which has a deep-rooted and well-established institutional legacy, represents not only a professional step for me, but also an expression of loyalty and a dedication to service.

Throughout my tenure, while resolutely taking steps to further strengthen OYAK, my aim is to create greater value both for our esteemed members and for the national economy.

Increasing the benefits offered to our members, strengthening our institution’s economic contributions, and ensuring that OYAK advances into the future with more solid and sustainable steps will be among my top priorities.

I sincerely believe that together we will carry OYAK toward a brighter future. I will carry out my duties with great dedication, sincerity, and determination in order to live up to the trust placed in me.
