OYAK and AXA Group of France established AXA OYAK Holding A.Ş. in 1999 to unite its insurance activities in Turkey under a holding structure. The shares of the insurance companies in which the two groups are partners were transferred to this holding. AXA OYAK Sigorta A.Ş. is active in all non-life branches while AXA OYAK Hayat Sigorta A.Ş. provides life insurance.

AXA OYAK Sigorta A.Ş. offers fire, transportation, own insurance, engineering, legal protection and agriculture insurance. AXA OYAK Sigorta offers fire, transportation, accident, engineering, legal protection and agriculture insurance. AXA OYAK Hayat Sigorta A.Ş. provides life and health insurance products of international standards.
