OYAK executes house procurement benefits in order to assist its permanent members to have their own house. OYAK extends individual loans to members with over 15 years standing for the purchase or construction of housing, extends construction loans to housing cooperatives whose members are also members of OYAK, and gives loans for large-scale residential projects to be constructed on land owned by OYAK. OYAK also builds houses on land it owns and sells them at cost to members who had the right.

Additionally, OYAK established in 1996 "Supplementary Housing Preaccumulation Fund". All permanent members who have not utilized housing loans or acquired a residence constructed by OYAK may participate in this fund. The members joining to the fund pay additional monthly contributions. The contributions accumulate, get yearly interest and at the time of the purchase of a house the lump sum amount in the fund is paid to the member.
