Mardin Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which Oyak associated in 1969 produces various types of cement in compliance with standards set by the Turkish Standards Institute. It has an annual production capacity of 2.0 million tons of clinker and 3.0 million tons of cement. The company sells to both local and export markets. It holds the TS-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certificate and TS-EN-ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate. Beside these certificates it also has OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assesment Series).
