The services that OYAK provides its members fall under two main headings:
• Compulsory Benefits
• Non-compulsory Services
Compulsory Benefits are payments which OYAK is legally required to provide its members under the Law (Statute 205) that is the company’s legal basis. These consist of Retirement Benefits, Pension System Payments, Death and Disability Benefits.
Non-compulsory Services on the other hand comprise services which OYAK is capable of providing its members so long as the company always remains mindful of its actuarial balance and of the principle of equality of treatment. Consisting of personal loans and housing loans, these services are designed, planned and provided only insofar as the funds under OYAK’s management permit.
